4. Order Acceptance & Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, or where a product is covered under our Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 8).
6. Shipping
Processing times are typically 1–2 business days. Shipping times range from 3–7 business days, depending on location. We may fulfill your order from warehouses in Europe, the U.S., or Asia. Shipping details and delays are subject to our Shipping Policy.
7. Subscription Terms
Some ActivaWell products are available for purchase on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the chosen interval until you cancel. Subscriptions may be modified or canceled at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
8. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Where a Money-Back Guarantee is offered on a specific product, it is subject to the following conditions:
Continuous Use Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must have used the product consistently and as directed for a minimum of 60 consecutive days. Refund requests made before 60 days of continuous use cannot be processed.
Return of Unused Product: If the customer ordered more than one unit and is requesting a refund, all unused and unopened bottles must be returned to us before the refund is processed. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be processed upon confirmation that the returned items have been received.
How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, customers must contact our support team at support@activawell.com within 65 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests must include proof of purchase (order number). Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our support team will void eligibility for the guarantee.
