Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please note that all orders are processed automatically upon placement. In most cases, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have been submitted.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your order details, including shipping address and product selection, before completing your purchase.
Shipping Time
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local carrier services. Delivery time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
Fulfillment Locations
As an international brand, ActivaWell fulfills orders from multiple global warehouses. Your order may be shipped from one of the following regions based on product availability and delivery efficiency:

We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address whenever possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price and may vary based on the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Import Compliance
ActivaWell is not responsible for ensuring that products comply with the laws or import regulations of your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products they are purchasing can be legally imported and possessed in their jurisdiction.
If your order is held, delayed, or rejected by customs or regulatory authorities, ActivaWell cannot be held liable for any resulting loss, confiscation, or return fees. No refunds will be issued for items that fail to clear customs due to non-compliance with local laws.
Delivery Issues
We strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and accurately. However, we are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Phone Number Requirement for Delivery
In certain countries, delivery carriers require a valid phone number to complete package delivery or customs processing. Where such a requirement applies, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and reachable phone number at checkout. ActivaWell cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from a missing, incorrect, or unreachable phone number provided by the customer.
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. Any additional costs incurred due to reshipment or redirection of packages caused by address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
