Refund policy

At ActivaWell, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of our products and applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements governing dietary supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on supplements once they have been shipped, except in the limited circumstances described below:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Damaged or Incorrect Orders), or
- The product is covered under our Money-Back Guarantee (see Money-Back Guarantee)
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will be happy to assist with a replacement or otherwise resolve the issue.
To report an issue, please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product or packaging (if applicable)
Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Where a Money-Back Guarantee is offered on a specific product, it is subject to the following conditions:
Continuous Use Requirement. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must have used the product consistently and as directed for a minimum of 60 consecutive days. Refund requests made before 60 days of continuous use cannot be processed.
Return of Unused Product. If the customer ordered more than one unit and is requesting a refund, all unused and unopened bottles must be returned to us before the refund is processed. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be processed upon confirmation that the returned items have been received.
How to Request a Refund. To initiate a refund, customers must contact our support team at support@activawell.com within 65 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests must include proof of purchase (order number). Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our support team will void eligibility for the guarantee.
Additional Conditions:
- The guarantee applies to first-time orders only
- Limited to one refund per household
- The guarantee does not apply to subscription orders cancelled after shipment has been processed
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be modified or cancelled at any time by logging into your account or contacting support@activawell.com. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges. Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for refund under the Money-Back Guarantee. For full subscription terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. Where a return is approved (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed at our discretion.
